Another successful CTAPP/Cancervive event. Tonight was a thank you for last years ride. It was great to have another chance to meet everyone, put more names to faces. The DVD of last years ride was awsome and far less scary then the first dvd I watched! WAY less head winds and in general just looked liked they had more fun! I've been super lazy this week in terms of training. I had to work until 8pm on Monday and then Thursday I was planning on going to the gym over lunch but ended up working again. I'm going to attempt to make it tonight before I go to the ballet and then spin & swim this weekend.
Last night I was given my very own Cancervive nametag! It's the little things I know.
