I hurt. A lot. In places that I didn't know it was possible to hurt.
It's been a pretty steady couple of weeks of training. I've switched to lunch hour workouts, which seems to really work for me. I can take more classes at my gym and I can get in and out of there in approximately an hour. I started an ab routine that Bicycling magazine said change my life and that's why I'm in pain now. I'm taking tomorrow off (not because it's my day off but because I really want to eat Cinnamon Bun French tToast tomorrow with the library ladies) and then I'll go swimming on Sunday.
I've done a fair bit more upper body this week and I've noticed a serious change. Suddenly I'm a person who does push ups, when did that happen?
My office has signed up for the MS Bike Tour, somehow 62km doesn't seem that scary?
