So for all of you cycling/CTAPP/Outdoor enthusiasts types I need some help. So far my training has been going really well. I'm definitely a lot stronger then I was a few months ago and I've noticed a HUGE improvement in my overall fitness level. But in the past few weeks I feel like I've hit a plateau. My spin classes are not as hard as they use to be, in general things are easier.
How to I take it up a notch?
