Tis the season

I remember weekends, late nights and lazy mornings in my pjs with a cup of tea and the paper. Not anymore my friends.

This weekend consisted of 65 min on the bike on Friday night followed by a massage and a ridiculously early bedtime. Saturday was an early meeting with Coach Greg some strength training/core and a few laps in the pool. Apparently I am getting "much better" and looking "way more relaxed" which was great to hear. I also got to draft off him in the pool for a few lengths which was a little scary but also cool. It's going to take a while to get use to the Talisman Centre for workouts. There was a swim meet Saturday morning and the ladies locker room smelt distinctly like pee. It's going to be an adjustment. I went home and had brunch and did some stuff around the house before I went out for my run.

Sunday I woke up early for my bike assuming it was going to be about an hour. I was a little shocked when I double checked my schedule to discover that I'm suppose to do 90 minutes! Fortunately I had Waitress to watch. Cute, helped pass the time, not worth the late fee though.
