Run

Last night's run called for 65 minutes with the main set 4 set of 6min zone 3, 3min easy run. I was testing out my new pink elastic shoelaces, they were too tight and I spent the better part of my 20min warm up adjusting them.

The main set went well. I could feel myself getting stronger through my third set and then the fourth was a real push to get through.

Since this run was going to be a lot faster I should had altered it from my easy 45min run but I didn't think that far ahead. So my route was a little twisted so I didn't have to get off the pathway and deal with traffic lights or run past centre street over to Inglewood. Too dodgy in the evenings to run . All totalled it was just over a 10km run.

I would like to be diciplined enough to do as many work outs as I can in the morning before work. But after Wednesday's TCR swim/spin I was knackered and choose to sleep in. But getting motivated to run after work isn't easy either.
