A beautiful 7 mile run up Refugio Road. Past the end of the road and up the hill into Regan’s Ranch. It was amazing, the boys took off and I threw on the ipod and ramped it up to a upper zone two run and felt great the whole time. The road had several streams to cross and some beautiful trees, I could get use to this.
We showered and changed into non cycling clothes for the first morning in days (if felt weird) and we headed into San Luis Obispo for some bike shopping and record shopping. It was a very cute town and apparently a tri hot bed.
We made it back to town with a little over an hour of sunlight left and hopped onto our bikes. Zipped back down Nojoqui Falls and back a quick 30km in just under an hour.
