penticton day three - Thank you Lord of Flat Tires I needed that lesson in humility!

IMC Course day. First I have to say, it's nothing to be afraid of. If you've got the base miles you can totally do this course. Richters and Yellow were not nearly as scary as I thought they were going to be. The rollers well they just plain rocked. The flat tires not so much

Flat, after flat, after flat, after flat. It was a LONG afternoon. By the last one I was close to thinking about chucking it in and calling it a day. But by god I was finishing that stupid course if it was the last thing!

Thank goodness for Critical Speed's team they were very helpful and provided lots of tubes and C02!

I learned that I have to get use to riding by myself. I'm so use to the chatter of other cyclists that going it alone was boring. This is the next mental barrior to push through.
