So I was working my first shift in the footwear department at MEC and after a few crazy hours I felt like I was getting the hang of it. Towards the end of my shift my manager took me aside and said that she saw me performing excellent costumer service and she gave me a gift cert for a local coffee house!

What an incentive! It sounds like such a cool place to work -- the people are friendly, they all share a love of activity, and you can score free things too!
