Ouch

So my training has been kicked up a notch to help keep the fruitcake pounds at bay. (yes, I said fruit cake. I love it, it's my thing)

This week looks a little like this
Monday Sleep and eat 2x my body weight
Tuesday Swim 50-60 min main set - 6x200 with 30sec rest
Wednesday Bike Spin Class
Thursday Run 45
Friday Bike 60-65 warm-up, drills, 2x cadence pyramids
Saturday Swim 45 min main set 5x300 w/30sec rest
AND Run 45 AND Strength training and Core (DJ and Chris could you guys do me the favor of poking me during Oliver Twist at random intervals to ensure I'm still awake)
Sunday Bike 90 min warm-up, drills, main set 5x 6min upper zone 2/4min ez lower zone 2

and next week is the hard week!
