Ouch

Today I signed up for the Vancouver Half Marathon and the Sylvan Lake Half Ironman. Apparently I'm all about halfies.

Just finished Hell Week of training. Tonight I'm racing in the Resolution Run. Life has taken a very strange turn this year.
