Business Friday, again...

So Syl took it out on use again. My arms weren't completely recovered from Wednesday's mad crazy set. This morning went something like this

400m warm up
-75m free
-25m kick
-15sec break in-between

Main set
three sets of
4x25m GOLF (which meant adding your time and stroke count together and shortening by one each time. Note: I don't like math in the mornings)!
4x50m breathing bad side
4x50m breathing every third stroke
4x50m descending

Then for special torture Partner T drills. Which means, on deck arms stretched out to your side and your partner pushes your arms down for 30 sec and then up for 30sec while you push against them. Four times each!

Followed by 1 minute vertical kick arms up.

There are usually 5-7 of us in a lane and I generally head to the rear with the other girls but today for some reason I stayed up front in the second spot following closely on our fast guy. I was told by my lane mates that my kick is super fast and I could probably save my legs if I slowed them down. YEA another thing to work on in the pool!

Big news! I think I might not fall asleep on the couch tonight at 8:30 again. Word on the street is that my non-tri friends are going dancing'. Dancing's an endurance activity right?
