First spin class was torture last night! Knowing that in a few days I'll actually be on the road was mean. It was just a slugfest. 22km at 178 watts. I was doggin' it mostly just bored looking outside dreaming of days I can be outside!
Tomorrow I'll be in sunny california. Greg and Susi, I promise to bottle up some of that sunshine and heat and bring it back with me. I'm not sure how much if any posting I'll be doing while I'm gone. I like to take breaks away from the internet when I'm on vacation to prove to myself I can live without!
To all of you in Calgary I want to hear some great riding stories for this weekend. 22 on Sunday!
