But Greg, it's my off day!

Sleepy so very, very sleepy. On my third cup of green tea and I'm just starting to feel coherent. Oh what a weekend

First I did had two non-sport relating outings! Yeah, to me still having a social life! Though I did go see Ironman, which has nothing to do with Triathlon's but is totally awesome.

Saturday I hooked up with some of my boys from the Cali trip. The closer I got to Bragg Creek the deeper the snow got. The temp was around 7 when we started but the sun eventually came out and we had a great ride. I was feeling super strong for the first 60km then we stopped for a snack and my legs said uncle! They had a discussion and I'd been too mean to them recently and they just didn't want anything to do with that. I think I need to start doing more hills, I can keep pace on the flats, and I love a good serious climb but it's the rollers that kill me. I was suppose to do a brick after my bike but we went out for coffee instead. (Does drinking tea right off the bike count as brick?) I tried to mapmyride it for you Keith but it kept getting angry at me so I stopped. I'm too sleepy to argue with it!

Sunday
Got a late start due to Mother's day. Did my daughter duty and headed out to meet a friend in Bragg again. This time we went out to Elbow Falls and back. Some decent hill climbing fought the always there headwind heading out and coasted the downhill/tailwind coming home. This time I did sorta accomplish my brick. My shins/ankle/calf screamed at me for 10 min and then I stopped. I've really lost my running mojo since the half. Perhaps I left it in Vancouver? Maybe I should go check. IG's also added swims to my Sunday routine, hopefully in the future I can get it done before the bike or be on the bike earlier. I went from Bragg to Superstore (picked up some TimTams for IG, I'm a total teacher's pet, I know) dropped off my sisters birthday present, ran home dropped off groceries grabbed my swim bag and hit Talisman. It was 7pm by the time I hit the pool, I was sched for 45-60min. I think I managed 35min before I was too bored (apparently I can't swim without man candy!) and hit the hot tub before heading home to make dinner/pack for tomorrow and clean up my house incase anyone wants to buy it! Wow no wonder I'm so sleepy today!

So tomorrow I'm biking to Edmonton peloton style. I think my team is responsible for 110km, weather looks good and hopefully we'll have a great time raising attention for the cause!

You completely rock. Period. I can't wait to bike you in Penticton -- I'm sure I will learn a few things and get a whole bunch of motivation as well. :)

Have fun tomorrow riding to Edmonton! :) :):)
