I'm updating from my fancy smancy new iPod touch (a super fun new toy) I just wanted to tell you all that I totally rocked my sprint race this morning. I was totally calm and managed to get out of the water in the first wave! In every other race I've done its been very easy to find my bike, 5 or 6 bikes left!

Yaaaay! I knew the extra practice would be good. Having to remember where your bike is, is a good problem to have. How'd the rest of it go? You'll have to show me the new toy next time we see each other!
