So I'm in the middle of my third week. Coach Greg does a three week build getting progressively more difficult with week three leaving me feeling like I've been run over and unable to stay away to watch the dangerously hot Jonathan Rhys Meyers in The Tudors
This week consists of
Monday Off
Tuesday Swim 50-60min - warm-up, drills, main set - 10x25, 10x50, 5x100 all with 20sec rest.
Wednesday Spin Class 90min of single leg drills, half hour hill climbs and speed drills.
Thursday Run 60min - Maintaining a heart rate of 140-150.
Friday Swim 45min warm-up, drills, main set - 2 sets of 8x50 with 20sec rest.
Saturday Run 60min - Maintaining a heart rate of 120-130. (painful, note to self update podcasts on ipod)
Sunday Bike 90min - too painful to type out
So far my back and shoulders
Sleep will be the object of the day.
