So last night was time for another quick and cold run. The good news is its over. The bad was IT'S WAS REALLLY FREAKIN' COLD! 13km winds and snow = brrrrrrrrrrrrr. I guess I might have to get use to the weather depending on how the job thing goes. -30 running here I come! It felt good, but I had a meeting at Wellspring at 7pm so I didn't have much time to stretch after. I can really feel just much impact running has on my body. My ankles have been feeling really tight lately and my shins are still unhappy. I wake up and feel like I've been beat up in the middle of the night. Bring on the Yoga!
***Side Bar***

***This end my public service announcement***
If I told you this morning that I swam a bazillion lengths would you believe me? Syl worked us over this morning. We ran out of pool buoys and had to use flutter boards. Not fun I couldn't get that workin' for me at all. Though I imagine it looked pretty funny from on deck. Also, very slippery are those board and mine had a tendency to fly off on into other lanes. Pure comedy! Then we did 300 meters of partner pulling. One person swims the other grabs on to an ankle and holds on. I'm not really sure what this worked on but it was entertaining to watch!
This weekend back to the bike tonight, swim and run tomorrow, yoga and bike Sunday. Then maybe some sleep.
