Back in the pool with Syl! Pam has agreed to pick me up in the morning ensuring that we both make it into the pool.
This mornings drills consisted of
400m warm up alternate breathing sides
200m one armed fly
100 freestyle alternate breathing
200m Backstroke (stroke only)
100m freestyle alternate breathing
200m breaststroke (stroke only)
100m freestyle alternate breathing
200m freestyle drill of your choice!!!
100m freestyle alternate breathing
100m Fly kick only
100m Backstroke kick only
100m breast drill (alternating full and just stroke)
100m freestyle drill
50m Butterfly (who would do that one purpose)!
50m Backstroke
50m Breaststroke
50m Freestyle

The we practised our flip turns for each of the strokes. While I don't think that the butterfly flip turn is something that I'll need to know for IM I'm sure that the lesson of getting half the pool up my noes will come in handy!
Next up, spin class means another massive hill climb for me to pass them on!
