Super Hero No More

Finally I can stop being such a braggy braggerson and admit that my run last night was just good. I had a 60min zone two and managed just shy of 10km. It that fast? I have no idea. It felt good, like I was actually running the entire time instead of jogging, though I did walk parts of the Crescent Heights hill. I managed to stay in lower zone two the entire time (I'm not counting the sprint I did across 9th st to make the light) My legs did feel like lead for most of the work out and it took over 10 min after my warm up to get my heart rate out of zone one (and you all know how strange that is for me!) I attempted some abs after stretching but I kept getting too comfy on the yoga mat and just wanted to nap!

I have a question for you guys. When IG give you a run of 45min do you count you warm up into that 45min or start the clock after warm up?

The clock starts when I start. Sometimes that's a walking warmup, sometimes not. And holy hannah, a 60 min 10 K in zone two is fast by my standards.

I used to start the clock like Keith. Now, I am running by miles -- Greg doesn't know yet ... :) :) :)
