Wicked Wednesday

Ouch I may or may not be able to raise my arms again anytime in the near future. First I was running late. Where did this blizzard come from???? SO I missed warm up and went straight into the main set. Which was

400m 3 times
-100 exit drills
-100 swim
-100 scull
-100 swim

200 4 times
-50 flick
-50 swim
-50 scull
-50 swim

400 cool down with the flutter board shark I loath.

Now, I just have to rest up for tonight 10k Time Trial
