Close to the spectacular collapse

TCR last night was another sweatfest. Worse then before with the warmer weather I cannot wait to get outside! We did our usual 5km warm up but Cory accidentally left the drafting on so it made it seem less painful. Then was our second 11km ascent up Richter's. I remember being totally on fire last time Last time I did it in 30:25 with 185 average watts. I knew that was going to be tough to beat.

I dropped my chain once and managed to get it back on without getting off the bike 29:05 minutes and 189 watts later I was at the top. What a slugfest, for some reason when I read my time just before we took off I thought it was 35min so I thought I was rockin' sadly all this work and only 4 watts and less then a minute faster.


Tonight I will leave the decision up to you folk. (knowing the IronGreg has finally call no matter what my body may want!)

should I...
1. Do my run/weights as scheduled?
2. Postpone my run until tomorrow after work and instead take part in the IG Sweatfest up at SpeedTheory tonight?
3. Curl up on the couch with a large pint of soy ice cream (shut up it totally tastes the same!!)

Tough decision to make. If it were me, I'd want to hop in on the IG's sweatfest b/c I miss partaking in his classes since our move to the east coast. But you cranked out a big bike workout last night so maybe stick with your run/weight workout?!? What do you think IG?

IG's sweatfest are always awesome...buuut...me thinks sticking to the schedule might be the plan. you should have made a poll out of the question, haha.
